Alright, now with a good chunk of the Lost Laowai writers being women, I know I’m on shaky ground with this post, but well…
The Beijing Olympics Fan blog brings us news that there’s a new competition on the go searching for a few hotties to shake their RMB maker and launch a whole new wave of Yellow Fever at next year’s Olympic games:
During the Beijing 2008 Olympics, 200 cheerleaders from China are needed to promote the spirit of the Olympic Games. So how do you select 200 powerhouses from so many people in China? The answer is through a competition which finals is in this December. Partcipants from elementary (primary) schools, high (secondary) schools, tertiary institutions, fitness clubs and community organizations across different cities of China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shanxi, Liaoning, Henan, Xiamen, Sichuan, Hubei, Shandong and Heilongjiang are ready to slug it out for the top cheerleading honour.
Yeah, ok, so elementary schools are allowed to participate too, and all the little kids marching around and showing their China pride is cute ‘n’ all, but not what got you reading this post.
So, rather than fill this spot with the usual Photo of the Week, here’s a little eye candy for y’all:
If you’re craving more, be sure to check out the Beijing Olympic Fan blog’s post for more pics and videos.
Didn’t you like the sexy flight attendants a few days ago?
Thanks for the link!
Your blog design is smiliar to JapanSugoi, hmm…
You pervert!
So, at which events will the cheerleaders be performing? It might give me a reason to actually watch the Olympics.
@Meg: Nope… haha. I’m not up on these things like yourself I guess.
@Patrick: Huh? JapanSugoi? I Googled it and ended up on a neon pink site that looks nothing like lost laowai – they’ve got way more hot Japanese girls than I’ve ever featured on here. The only connection could be that we both run the Worldwide Friends affiliate program (the little eye up in the top right corner of the page)?
@Philip: I am but a messenger. 😉
@Matthew: Yup.
@ Ryan
Yep, that’s the similarity. Lol.
To see hotties dancing in skimpy outfits you just need to turn on Jiangsu’s entertainment TV station at about 7pm every day. Erm, so i’ve been told.
I love your site and Japansugoi.com, you guys are on my RSS reader, post my beautiful girls too, that’s always a plus!
I am cheerleader and I think the imige that every Cheerleader is a bitch and should be sexy is not ok I think everyone should have the chance to be what he likes. What do you think?????

Chinese doctors are very much into making cheerleaders extremely sexy for the public. This video shows how they can use acupuncture techniques to slim down 100lbs in 3-6months.
Too skinny. I would break them!!!
They’re sooo sexy and that’s what’s important for a cheerleader. And sure, The world’s view of China’s ladies will be changed.
Too Skinny for breaking ?!
They WANT to be broken !
Shanxi, Liaoning, Henan, Xiamen, Sichuan, Hubei, Shandong and Heilongjiang r provinces, not cities
You’d have to talk to the blogger of the original post that quote was taken from — and as it’s more than 2 years old and about the 2008 Olympics, I’m not certain it’s even still active.
But thanks for the correction — Xiamen is a city.
